Exhibition aiming to identify and showcase the best environmental innovations developed by "country systems", which includes both research bodies (foundations, universities, research institutes) and the leading developments of the local business community from the various industrial sectors that Italy continues to spearhead.
Working closely with trade associations and cross-sector bodies, SINNOVA aims to identify the innovations that have progressed beyond the pilot stage and which can now be presented to the public as concrete proposals. Scouting will target all main sectors, from chemicals and textiles to the metalworking, mechanical engineering and energy industries, with special focus on areas of intervention defined by the European Union in both Lead Market Initiatives and in environmental research and innovation programmes.
