Event
On 01 January 2025 the new wastewater Treatment Directives entered into force posing several challenges such as enhanced integrated water management plans, small agglomerations and secondary treatment, individual systems, stringent nutrients and micropollutants removal (including Financed by producer responsibility), Energy audits, Energy neutrality by 2045, GHG monitoring and reporting by 2030. Ministries and water utilities are now working for national implementation.
This workshop will present roadmap for national implementation and action plans from public institutions and implementers.
Call for papers will accept only solutions demonstrated at full scale ready to address the Directive challenges.
