Attilio Toscanois hydraulic engineer, PhD, associate professor of agricultural hydraulics at the University of Bologna. He is expert on agricultural water resources management, natural wastewater treatment systems and wastewater reuse for irrigation. He coordinates the GREEN4WATER and FIT4REUSE research projects. Furthermore, he is technical-scientific advisor of the National Commissioner for the resolution of European infringements on wastewater treatment.
