CALL FOR PAPERS

European citizens are calling for concrete actions to fight against climate change and are expecting that Europe will show the way forward. The ambition of becoming the first continent with zero climate impact is a great challenge and opportunity at the same time. In implementation of the Green New Deal, European legislation will establish for the first time the objective of EU climate neutrality by 2050. The agricultural and agri-food sector, through the "From field to table" strategy, will also contribute to the above objectives by ensuring food products. healthy, nutritious and high quality, produced respecting the environment and following the principles of the circular economy. With this in mind, the event aims to highlight the challenges and potential of application in some supply chains which will be treated as case studies.
