Organized by: Ecomondo Scientific Technical Committe & LVMH Italia

Textiles have been identified as a key value chain in the EU action plan, to promote sustainability and circularity, as well as traceability and transparency, through a combination of eco-design requirements, producer responsibility schemes and labelling systems. The intention, during the debate within the main actors of the fashion and luxury system, is to highlight the contribution of all stakeholders in responding to these challenges, bringing to light proposals, targets and ongoing projects. We believe that new European inputs and requirements will boost innovation in the sector and will give new impulse in the industrial competitiveness by promoting new business models.
