The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) is offering a significant acceleration of investments and reforms of the Integrated Water Service (SII) and can therefore affect the improvement of the service and contribute to overcoming the criticalities of the sector, especially in some areas. The challenges, issues and proposals for the industrial development of utilities and the role of institutions for the implementation of the PNRR and the achievement of the milestones envisaged in the management and protection of water resources will be addressed.
