Organized by: Ecomondo Scientific Technical Committee, Key Energy Scientific Technical Committee & Green Building Council Italia

The proper use of NRP funds includes meeting the 6 environmental objectives of the European Green Investment Taxonomy Regulation. The building sector is the one most affected by all these objectives. In order to benefit from the economic support of the NRP, therefore, awareness of the level of environmental quality of the construction work and the ability to report on the objectives achieved are essential. The NRP also requires adherence to stringent timelines for planning, design and execution of works. It is well known that the construction sector is the slowest among others due to the complexity of the process and the regulatory framework that governs it.
It is therefore also of great importance and interest to discuss the legislative tools for their effective implementation and where necessary revision and adaptation to the objectives of the NRP.

The conference will therefore seek to address these two aspects, environmental quality and design capacity, starting from the vision of the two main ministries involved in construction, the MiTE and MIMS, and then taking the debate to two tables: that of the public administrations, which manage the projects financed by the NRP, and that of the construction technology supply chains, which provide the implementation solutions.
