The legislative dynamism that shapes waste management can sometimes risk disorienting companies and the Public Administration. Once again, this year, the Magazine "Rifiuti-Bollettino di informazione normativa" offers the usual overview of the most important legislative and regulatory innovations that, in the course of 2023, have been added to a complex operational reference scenario. However, also in this edition of Ecomondo, the outlining of new developments does not preclude an in-depth examination of topics that, although not recent, have reached a certain degree of complexity of application over the years. Hence, the in-depth studies that the complexity of the discipline always requires are also carried out.
