In April, several Member States of the European Union proposed a general ban on PFAS. In order to analyse the impact of a potential ban for the waste sector, FEAD is performing, in collaboration with the University of Padova, a systematic critical review of the scientific literature. This conference will be the presentation of the results of the first part of this critical review. It will bring together industry experts, researchers, and policymakers to discuss the pressing issue of PFAS in the waste sector.
