When does the trade-fair take place?
From 6th November to 9th November 2018 (from Tuesday to Friday).
At what times?
From 6th November to 9th November 2018 the opening hours are from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.
Each day until 5 pm access to the event will be possible with the following cards: press, paper coupons, half-price tickets, full-price tickets, 2 days pass.
What is the trade-fair address to set the GPS on?
Via Emilia 155, Rimini. Entrances are: SOUTH, EAST and WEST.
Are non-trade operators allowed in?
No. Trade operators are those belonging to the following areas: environmental services, industry (machinery, iron and steel, petrolchemical, pharmaceutical, food, construction), craftmanship, trade and distrubution, public administration, agriculture and multi-utilities.
I am not an operator but I want to become one. What can I do?
You will be allowed to access only if you received a digital invite from an exhibitor.
Is the event open to minors?
The entrance of under-18s is only allowed if they are accompanied by an adult who must necessarily go to the UNDER-18 cash-desk. Under no circumstances is it possible to pre-credit under-18s online. If the accompanying persons are in possession of an invitation coupon, discount coupon or badge, they must go to the UNDER-18 cash desk to obtain a valid entrance ticket and to sign and present the disclaimer. I am a teacher. I would like to take my pupils to visit the event. What do I have to do?
Do disabled persons have to buy a ticket?
No. Entrance is free of charge, including for an accompanying person. Simply go to the cash desk.
Are animals allowed in?
No. Hygiene and safety standards need to be applied inside the expo space, which may be also dangerous for the animal's safety.
How much does a ticket cost?

- Ticket: 25€ (on Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th)
- 2-days ticket: € 28
- Reduced Ticket: 8€on Tuesday 6th November
- Ticket: 12€ (on Wednesday 8th, Thursday 9th and Friday 10th)

The entrance ticket is valid for one admission and for one day only.
I have received an invitation coupon. What do I have to do in order to access the event?
Go to the website www.ecomondo.it/ticket , access the dedicated area, register, activate the invitation code on the coupon and print your ticket. If you are already registered in the dedicated area, after logging in with your credentials and activating the invitation, you will find your invitation in the list of available tickets. The admission ticket is valid for one admission on one day only.
I have received an invitation badge. What must I do to access the event?
Go to the website www.ecomondo.it/ticket , enter your password and after completing registration use the badge to enter directly the event, with no need to go to the cash desks.
The previous years I’ve received an invitation, but not this year. How can I get it?
If you are a non-trade operator, you are not allowed in. If you are a trade operator instead, we advise you to contact the company that invited you on the previous edition and ask for the entry tickets for the trade fair.
I have received a message asking me to update my email address. What do I have to do?
Access the web site by clicking on the direct link or using the credentials shown in the email message. You have been asked to update your email address because to receive an admission ticket to the event, you must register in the dedicated visitors area. Once you have registered, besides downloading your ticket, you can also organize your visit, selecting the exhibitors you want to meet and the events you do not want to miss.

How can I reach Rimini?
Motorway: A14, "Rimini Nord" exit (3 km) or "Rimini Sud" exit (7 km); Train: Milano – Bari line, "Rimini Fiera" station only 50 m from the main entrance (operative during the entire event period) or "Rimini Centrale" with timetables on website www.trenitalia.com; Plane: Bologna or Ancona airports.
Which local Rimini buses go to the trade fair?
Numbers 5, 9 and 10; regular ticket to be paid.
How much does it cost to park at the trade fair?
€ 16/day for cars and motorcycles above 150 cc per day
€ 4/day for motorcycles up to 150 cc
€ 20/day for motor-homes/vans
€ 30/day for buses

No. This will be distributed free of charge from day one of the event at the entrances and info points.
