Innovation District

According to Unioncamere, 3.9 million new green workers will be needed in the next five years, with 65% of the skills required at the intermediate level and 41% at the high level of the entire projected employment requirement.

From these data and the desire to highlight the problem, as well as design a solution, comes the initiative signed by IEG and Ecomondo: Green Jobs & Skills, whose coordinator is Marco Gisotti, journalist and populariser, scientific director of the Green Factor agency.

As part of the broader project dedicated to innovation, which includes the involvement of young companies with Start-Up & Scale-Up and the Lorenzo Cagnoni award, Green Jobs & Skills aims to be a meeting place between demand and supply of skills and work, but also a valuable orientation opportunity.
