Andrea Rubini
Andrea Rubini holds a master degree in Water Resources Engineering and has more than 30 years of experience in Industrial Innovation, Water, and Energy. He spent the last 20 years in the multi-level European lobbying context in Brussels where he gained an outstanding knowledge of the R&I EU funding lines. He worked for the public Italian system of the Chambers of Commerce, for the Lombardy Region Presidency Delegation to the EU, and the DG REGIO. His previous experience with the UNDP and other IOs completes his profile, along his long term experience as lecturer at the University of Rome La Sapienza, the University of Rwanda, University of Turin, and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation.
Currently, he works in Brussels as Director of Operations at Water Europe, the European Water Technology Platform.
