Attilio Raimondi
Employed at Emilia-Romagna Region from 1989, he is working in the Area for Energy and Green Economy and he is responsible for the implementation of the Regional Energy Plan.
Graduated in Civil Engineer at Bologna University in 1984 he began his activity as designer and worked for some years as researcher in the course of Technical Physics at the Faculty of Engineer, then he had the responsibility of the Technical Office in a municipality in Tuscany Region, and in 1989 he started his job in Emilia-Romagna Region. He has also an Executive Master in Management of Regional Bodies obtained in SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
He works in the specific field of energy, cooperating with the other regional department and the municipalities to integrate their own plans and programs to contribute to pursue the target of the regional policy about energy up to 2030. He has been responsible for many projects for the development of experimental demonstration initiatives in the field of energy with national and international universities, research centres and public institutions within different European initiatives (Save, Life, Interreg, VII PQ, Horizon, Adriatic IPA, Central Europe).
He was responsible for regional and national financing programs on energy: Photovoltaic and Solar Programs, Carbon Tax, Kyoto Fund, Energy Audit in public buildings and in SME. He is responsible for some measures of POR FESR especially on sustainable mobility. He collaborates with various Universities carrying out tutoring activities for internships and degree theses.
He is co-coordinator with Liguria Region of the territorial Steering Committee of the National Cluster BIG (Blue Italian Growth). He is a member of the technical commission of experts to support the implementation of guidelines on the decommissioning of the Caorso nuclear power plant.
Now he is working for the implementation of the measures of the Recovery Plan relating to the evelopment of green hydrogen.
