Claudia Brunori is Head of the Efficient Resource Use and Closing Cycles Division of ENEA's Department of Sustainability of Production and Territorial Systems.
- She has experience in environmental issues related to environmental monitoring and eco innovation, with particular reference to innovative processes for resource recovery and recycling (water, secondary raw materials).
- Coordinates study, research and demonstration activities of three laboratories in the field of circular economy and efficient use of resources with special reference to sustainable resource sourcing, eco-design, end-of-life management of goods/products generated by B2C and B2B systems and closing cycles.
- Coordinates activities on sustainable waste cycle management, integrated water resource management, eco-innovation of production processes, eco-innovation of products, eco-innovation of production/industrial areas, environmental management tools, recovery/recycling of secondary raw materials from end-of-life products and industrial waste, recovery and recycling of urban and industrial wastewater, eco-design and use of new materials, substitution of hazardous or critical supply raw materials.
- Coordinates the development, implementation and dissemination of integrated models of sustainable land management with special reference to the tourism sector and industrial areas and districts (Ecologically Equipped Productive Areas, Eco-industrial Parks, etc.).
