President of AISEC - Italian Association for the Development of the Circular Economy

Labor consultant and lead auditor for ISO 14001 and SA8000, she graduated in Political Science (La Sapienza – Rome) and completed a two-year program in Business Administration at La Tuscia, obtaining her university degrees while simultaneously working; she has held a managerial role in CSR and corporate Sustainable Development since 2007. An expert in Made in Italy and an active promoter of the artisanal excellence of local districts, she specializes in controlling the supply chain for gold, diamonds, and precious stones, as well as in engineering waste disposal, recycling, and recovery plants and assessing their impact on utilities. She is also a promoter and designer of public/private partnerships. Until 2006, she served as Lead Financial Controller in the design of national and international industrial plants in the Oil & Gas sector. She has conducted her professional activities in many European and extra-European countries; in particular, she has lived for periods exceeding two years in South Carolina (USA), Iran, and France.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS

● Created the Diversity Management function, taking global leadership for the Technip Oil & Gas Group (Corporate – Paris).
● Created the CSR/Sustainable Development function for the Bulgari Group, assuming responsibility for four production units: jewelry, watches, leather accessories, and perfumery.
● Created the CSR/Sustainable Development function for LVMH Italia, taking responsibility for it.
● Founded AISEC – Italian Association for the Development of the Circular Economy.
● Serves as a board member of the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) – London.
● Serves as a board member of the CSR Manager Network – Milan.
● Serves as a board member of Ethics Label-R, a certification body for the supplier chain – Paris.
● Serves as a board member with a sustainability mandate for the Club degli Orafi – Milan.
● Serves as a board member of OCCE – European Organization for Climate & Circular Economy.
● Serves as a member of the Special Commission for the economic relaunch of the Taranto area, established at MISE, as an expert in innovative production systems and circular economy.
● Serves as a member of the Sustainability Technical Group at Confindustria (Vice-President Piovesano).
● Is the Coordinator of Working Group 4 at ICESP National on Circular Economy – TAM Textile, Clothing, Fashion.
