Director of Assoambiente - Association of environmental services companies

Degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Milan in 1994 with a thesis on ‘Development of a new in vitro test for the evaluation of the phytotoxicity of wastewater’. Post-graduate internship at the Institute of Pharmacological Sciences in Milan on topics of environmental pharmacology and ecotoxicology. In 1996 attainment of the title of Industrial Hygienist recognised by the Italian State and the European Community.

After work experience in a company in the waste management sector, she is currently Director of FISE Assoambiente - the Association that represents companies operating in environmental hygiene services, waste recovery and disposal, and remediation at a national and European level - with functions of association representation at institutions and support, updating and advice on environmental legislation for member companies. She is also a member of the Executive Council of FEAD (European Federation of Environmental Enterprises).

She is a member, by decree, of a number of Committees set up at MATTM, such as the National Committee of the ALBO Gestori Ambientali (National Register of Environmental Managers) and of the Vigilance and Control Committee CSSc, and is a Member of the AdP RAEE Guide Committee, as well as of the UNI Environment Commission.

Various publications in national (e.g. Sole24Ore, GSA, Italia Energia) and international (e.g. Industrial Technology, UNA-UK) journals and newspapers on issues concerning waste management, renewable energy and remediation.
