Federica Scaini
Senior Researcher at the National Institute of Health, Department of Environment and Health. Engages in preliminary activities by responding to requests for opinions from Public Entities, such as Ministries, Regions, Municipalities, Provinces, ARPA, ASL on issues related to the health risk assessment for National Interest Remediation Sites (SIN) and others.
Works on defining limit values for soils and groundwater for all substances not included in the list of Annex 5, Part Four Title V, of Legislative Decree 152/2006. Participates in working groups on issues related to remediation. Also, as part of the preliminary activities, works on regulations concerning waste management. Intervenes in the pre-regulatory phase at the national level.
Represents, as an expert, the National Institute of Health in Working Groups, Secretariats, Technical Meetings, Prefectural Commissions at Ministries and other Entities, for technical-scientific support in the field of "health and environment" issues.
