Lecturer in Master's degrees and in higher technical training courses in environmental issues and waste management and former lecturer at the Higher School of Local Public Administration.
He was technical director of a 65. 000 t/y, technical manager under DM 120/2014, senior advisor of urban and special waste management companies, Vice President of the “Waste and Wastewater Management” Commission of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome, Technical Director of the Observatory of Local Authorities on Separate Collection, member of the Verification Committee of the Anci-Conai Agreements, Anci representative in the Technical Table for the monitoring activity of the Anci-CDCNPA Program Agreement National Coordination Center for Batteries and Accumulators, Anci representative in the Technical Table for the monitoring activity of the Anci-CDCNPA Program Agreement, member of the working group for the definition of the Minimum Environmental Criteria for GPP related to waste management established by the Ministry of Environment and Territory Protection.
Author of publications and articles, has designed waste treatment plants, municipal collection centers, municipal waste management services and drafted industrial plans.
