Scientific Committee

Executive Director of Legambiente since March 2018. He began as volunteer in 1998 and then he has covered the role of responsible in the voluntary camps, sine 2005, when he became part of the national scientific office crew. Geologist, he has been the head of the scientific office for several years and, since 2015, he is coordinator of the Scientific Committee of Legambiente. He oversaw the organization of the main scientific monitoring campaigns for the association, starting with the Green Schooner, the Lake Schooner and the Green Train. Editor of dossiers and reports of the association, of articles and scientific publications on the topics of marine litter, water, hydrogeological risk, air pollution, waste and remediation. For the association he travel around Italy far and wide, sharing experiences, initiatives, battles and victories with the many friends of Legambiente.
