Marco Frey
Marco Frey was born in 1961. He holds a degree in Economic and Social Sciences from the Bocconi University, Milan, in 1986 and in 2000 he was awarded the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship.
He is Full Professor of Economics and Business Management and leader of the Sustainability Management Research Group (SuM) at Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, Professor at IUSS (University School for Advanced Studies of Pavia), Fellow at GREEN (Bocconi Centre for Research on Geography, Resources, Environment, Energy and Networks).
He has published more then 90 articles on major international journals on sustainability topics.
Marco Frey is also chairman of Global Compact Network Italy Foundation, National President of Cittadinanzattiva, a non-profit organization which promotes civic participation and the protection of citizens' rigths in Italy and Europe, President of the Scientific Committee of Symbola, Foundation for the Italian Qualities.
