Since 2002 manager in Confindustria, in charge of Research and Innovation Area; coordinator of the Innovation and Industry area and Director of Confindustria Giuseppina Mai Foundation.
Her activity is particularly focuses on: defining and monitoring policies and programmes to support R&S&I and industrial investments at national and European level; promoting collaboration between companies and the public research system; strengthening and coordinating CONFINDUSTRIA Innovation Network and structuring collaborations with other national and international networks; the definition and management of R&I support services to companies; analysis and evaluation of the results of support policies and R&I and industrial development activity.
National expert for European R&I Programmes ( SME Program of the VII Framework Program and Horizon 2020 Program; Energy and Nmbp) ; member of the "Technology Committee", Business and Industry Advisory Committee at the OECD (BIAC), Paris; member of the Technical Secretariat of the Ministry of Education, University and Research for the National Research Program 2011-2013; Member of the Executive Board of the Agency for European Research; participates in the Monitoring Committee - National Operational Program 2014-2020 "Competitiveness and Development" and "Research"; member of the working group on Artificial Intelligence created by the Ministry of education, university and research; Coordinator for Confindustria of the Observatory on Regional Policies for R&I created with the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces and national unions; member of the International Evaluation Committee of the National Institute of Nuclear Physics; member of the evaluation committee of the Confindustria Adott-up project; member of the Committee for the evaluation of the R&I projects of the Italian Pavilion and Women for Expo.
She is author of various publications on development economy with particular reference to Eastern Europe, Small and Medium Enterprises, R&I policies and services. Since 1987 her activity is focused on R&D&I and development finance.
