Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomist, environmental expert, Paola Muraro has obtained numerous certificates in the field of “Solid Waste Discipline and Management”. She has been working for more than 20 years for Public Entities, Public and Private Companies operating in the field of recovery and treatment of organic waste. Expert Environmental Footprint, (Calculation for Carbon Footprint, the Life Cycle of products/services- ISO 14001:2015 standard) and Environmental assessor Audit 1 and 2 AICQ SICEV certification.

Lecturer at various Italian universities for Master's degree on waste management, she is coauthor of scientific publications on environmental issues. From 2014 to 2016 she was President of ATIAISWA ITALY, since 2021 she is Director, the Association, national representative of ISWA International, unites experts in the field of waste management and remediation, freelancers, companies, Research Institutes and the major national trade associations. It aims to be a point of excellence in research, study and dissemination of best practices through its newsletters, conferences, seminars and technical and scientific reports.
