Paolo Ferrecchi

Director General of the General Directorate for Land and Environmental Care, Emilia-Romagna Region

Paolo Ferrecchi graduated in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Bologna. He began his working career as a consultant of the Environment Unit of the Municipality of Bologna with the role of coordinator of the Environmental Impact and Quality Office and of the activities related to the VALSIA (Assessment Environmental Impact Studies) procedure. He then became Director of the Environment Sector and then Director of the Urban Mobility Sector of the Municipality of Bologna. He is currently Director General of the General Directorate for Land and Environmental Care of the Emilia-Romagna Region.
