Fabrizio Passarini is Full Professor at the Department of Industrial Chemistry “Toso Montanari”, University of Bologna, Disciplinary – scientific sector in Italian framework: Chim/12 (Environmental and Cultural Heritage Chemistry).
Director of the Higher Education School for the “Ecological Transition”, promoted by Italian Exhibition Group, in collaboration with ReteAmbiente and Ecomondo, direction and scientific coordination by University of Bologna.
Member of the Technical-Scientific Committee of “Ecomondo. The Green Technology Expo”.
Author of about 100 papers on peer-reviewed international journal with Impact Factor; h-index: 33.
The research activity mainly concerns the environmental impacts concerned with waste management, environmental monitoring, application of Life Cycle Assessment, Material Flow Analysis. Research is also focused on Green economy, Industrial Ecology and Sustainability assessment.
