Simona Tondelli
Full professor of Urban and Regional Planning at the Department of Architecture of the University of Bologna (UNIBO), she is currently deputy Rector of the Alma Mater. She is president of the Clust-ER Urban Economy of the Emilia-Romagna Region.
Her research interests focus on both global and local challenges, such as urban and rural sustainable planning and regeneration, environmental sustainability and nature-based solutions, sustainable mobility, affordable housing, social inclusion and citizenship, urban health, governance.
She is project coordinator of different Horizon and Interreg projects and principal investigator for the UNIBO team in many EU projects. She coordinates many regional/local research third mission activities. She is author of over 150 publications.
