Fabio Fritelli

Group Finance Vice President, CEO of Met Development SpA (Maire Tecnimont Group )

Born in 1968 in Roma, Fabio holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Roma and attended several post graduate Executive Finance programs including Insead Business School in France.

He started his career in 1993 in the banking sector with Mediocredito Centrale S.p.A. where he spent several years structuring the financing for major infrastructure, power and oil&gas deals around the world. In 2001 he joined the integrated telecom operator Wind S.p.A., as Head of Corporate Finance. In 2004 he joined SACE S.p.A., the Italian Export Credit Agency, as Head of Operations, managing both traditional and new products business lines. In 2010, he moved back to the private sector as CFO of the Toto Group. In 2014, he joined the Maire Tecnimont Group, where he acts as Group Finance Vice President and CEO of MET Development S.p.A., whose mission is to acquire and manage minority equity stakes in selected oil&gas, petrochemical, fertilizers and green chemistry projects around the world. He is also Executive Director of Tecnimont SpA and KT Kinetics Technologies SpA and member of the board of several other Group companies.
