Sustainability Officer of COIMA

Stefano Corbella is the Sustainability Officer of COIMA; responsible for the implementation of sustainability policy and strategy of the group.

Works alongside company groups; Investment, Asset, Development and Property management. Operates since the acquisition phase evaluating ESG risks and develop opportunities for value creation through environmental and social sustainability.

He has worked over 10 years in real estate sustainability and building technology with global consulting firms, such as Hilson Moran and ARUP in London supporting global practice on developing sustainability objectives and targets.

Stefano is secretary of the COIMA Sustainable Innovation Committee, with the goal to promote, manage and accelerate the integration of new practices for sustainability and innovation across all business divisions and to reinforce internal communications on best practices.
