And more besides: the entire integrated water cycle and environmental monitoring, the protection of seas and water environments but also the earth observation and the satellite monitoring systems.

EXHIBITION DISTRICTS
The Districts complete and enrich the exhibition offerings.
Dedicated to specific projects, they involve vertical industries and address transversal themes, investigating them from the perspective of industry and research.
Some examples: the area dedicated to Blue&Economy, which hosts technologies and machinery and a conference area; the Textile District, which investigates the environmental impact of the sector and questions the circularity and sustainability objectives of this supply chain; the Paper District, which brings together producers, recyclers but also consortiums, processors, certifiers and trading services.
And again, the most transversal of all the Innovation District, which, with the Start-Up & Scale-Up area and the Green Jobs project, creates a space dedicated to Italian and international green innovation, making Ecomondo a true incubator, a privileged place for dialogue between the business world and young entrepreneurial realities where to bring of ideas and innovative projects with the aim of creating new business opportunities.
